FEES/INSURANCE

  • Fees:

    • Diagnostic/initial assessment interview -- $225
    • Individual/Couples/Family Psychotherapy:  $165 (50 min hour)
    • Consultation:  $165/hour
    • Clinical Supervision:  $165 (1 hour); $300 (2 hours)

  • Insurance:

You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with your insurance benefits. It's a good idea to call your insurance prior to the first session to familiarize yourself with the deductible and co-payment associated with your plan. Please bring your insurance card to the first session. I will bill your insurance directly if I am an in-network provider. You will be responsible to pay each session for any co-payment or other amount not covered by insurance. If I am out-of-network, I will collect the full fee from you and provide you with a receipt that can be submitted directly to your insurance and/or HSA account.
